Maintenance Contracts
To insure routine updates and backups are performed, for protection against the high cost of an abnormal failure, and for consistency in budgetary projections, annual contract service is available for all systems purchased from ISDNstallations, for many others once determined acceptable, and for structured cable installations provided by ISDNstallations or certified by ISDNstallations following testing and inspection.

Cable Testing and Certification
We have competent technicians and state of the art test equipment. We will quickly isolate and repair any specific trouble, or provide a comprehensive evaluation of an extensive existing infrastructure with written documentation.

Management of Carrier Services
We will interject ourselves into any dialog between you and your carrier to insure troubles are quickly diagnosed as to source, with follow-up to restore and maintain your vital services.
